Payment and Cancellation Policies

Lessons are billed monthly, based on your scheduled lessons.

Payment is due at the first lesson of each month.

Your payment reserves your spot at the agreed-upon time each week.

Please give at least 24 hours notice if a lesson will be missed.
Lessons cancelled in advance can usually be made up, depending on availability. -
Lessons missed without notice cannot be refunded.

If I must cancel a lesson,

​If the student is sick, showing symptoms, or has a sick family member at home, I ask that they either wear a mask during the lesson or reschedule for a make-up lesson.

If illness is obvious at lesson time, the Teacher may request rescheduling.

Students under 18 must have a parent or guardian present for the entire lesson.

The adult is responsible for helping the student follow lesson policies and stay safe.
Ending Lessons

Either party can stop lessons with reasonable notice (two weeks is appreciated).

Paid lessons for the month are non-refundable, but unused lessons may be credited.
