About Mary

I have always loved the magic in music. I have played the piano since I was 6 years old, and the violin since I was 16. I took first place in 4 high school music competitions, and received my degree in Music Education from Del Mar College in 2021. I have been teaching for three years.

I teach students one-on-one to ensure I can give each student personalized teaching that will help them grow the best. I want to help my students not only build their confidence in learning to play their instrument, but also teach them how to read music and understand music theory so that they can be confident in their abilities, and one day be able to select and learn music independently.
